A – Clear golden color, close to straw, light cream colored head that disappears and leaves a mild lacing on the glass.
S – Nice floral, earthy, and citrus notes, some malt also, there is a bit of yeast also.
T – Dry malty flavor with some layers of bitterness, some mild sweetness from the malt also a nice earth.
M – Medium body and good carbonation.
O – Decent pilsner, much better than anything from BMC.

Pours a clear golden straw color. Minimal white head that disappears quickly into the beer.
Nose features grainy malt, grass, and lemon. Hints of other fruits, maybe a pear.
Tastes is sweet on the tongue at first, buttery, finishing with grassy notes, very faint citrus hops.
The mouthfeel is a bit heavy for a German Pilsener. It's balanced, but far from crisp and refreshing.
Overall, its an ok representation of a style that I enjoy on summer days.
