Tastes like winter, gorgeous amber color, wish I was drinking it by a fire in Breckenridge.

Served on tap into a nonic glass. The twelfth beer of my 2014 twelve beers of Christmas.
A- Poured a reddish brown color with off-white soapy head that left some light lace.
S- Lots of cereal, grainy, and bready malt notes.
T- Very malt forward with notes of grains, bread, and cereal. Some light ginger and nutmeg notes and orange peel.
M- Lighter bodied, dry, very high carbonation and prickly. Pretty over carbonated for the style.
O- Nice malt character with some nice hints of holiday spices for the season. The body is lighter than I prefer for a winter warmer.

I like this winter warmer from North Coast. The beer poured a clear rich amber with nice head that is lacing. Scent is bland but the taste is a nice balance between malt hop and spice. The body is medium with subtle carbonation. Overall.....YUMMY!

Aroma is caramel malts and spices/a small hint of heat. The flavor is caramel/caramel malts, spices, oily and a mix of sour, tart and a hint of heat in the finish.
