This was shared by thagr81us at the Charlotte Tasting 2012. Thanks Calton!
This one pours a light bodied polished told in color with a slight white lacing around the glass. The nose is light. All I can pick up are light brett and hibiscus. The flavors are consist of a lot of brett, lavendar, hibiscus, and and funk. It is subtly sour. This beer drinks like a Belgian pale with loads of brett with floral components. It's ok. This beer could've peaked a couple years ago but we'd never know. It's impossible to tell how agressive this was or what it used to be. I'm glad I could try it.

Enjoyed with JLindros at his Birthday whale tasting last month. Reviewed from notes. 2009? vintage, #'d /467
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a clear golden hue with a one finger head that faded to leave a light blanket and good side lacing. Pretty solid considering the age.
S - Fair amount of wild brett funk, light fruits, fair amount of mustyness. A sign of things to come.
T - Ah, not really what I was expecting. LOTS of musty cellar notes, and nice funk. Very light fruit notes as well and faint spices.
M - Mouthfeel is sold, nice and sharper carbonation here.
O - Overall not sure what I was expecting with this one. Taste really did not do it for me, which was unfortunate. Still, glad I got to try it.

Opened at TN whales tasting 3/16/2013. Thanks to Andy for sharing this.
Pours a bright almost neon orange with a huge bubbly off white head. Beautiful.
Smells very bretty, slightly tart, hints of orange and cardboard.
Taste is some brett but less than the nose, moderate amount of orange, touch of cardboard again, this is decent but far from great. Seems slightly oxidized.
Body is a little thin and a little undercarbed, not terrible but not good.
Decent beer, certainly drinkable, but pretty so-so. Was probably better fresh. Appearance is amazing though.

Bottle shared by Sammy, 750ml into a tulip. Bottle 214/467.
Cork exploded out of this and just about put a hole through the ceiling, heads up. Dark browned orange body, 3-4 fingers of offwhite head. Great retention and lacing. Nose has coirander and orange peel at the forefront, light funk, oak and fruity malt notes. Nose is fairly pronounced. Taste is again coriander, orange/citrus peel initially, but a chalky drying yeast character that lasts well into the finish. High carbonation which overpowered the beer, chalky and bitterness doesn't fo well for the finish.

Bottle from Capone's. A real funk experience, with some foaming. A fresh smell, A big soapy head on cloudy dark yellow body. Tartness really comes through at the end of the bottle, I liked the bitterness at that point. Funky aroma and taste, some leather belt.Above average mouthfeel.

Shared at my Birthday whale tasting. I shared this one, thanks to JAXSON for sending me this one. Few years old by now.
Pours a light fizzy big airy head, bit of lacing, clear golden orange nectar color
Nose nice wild Brett funk, golden Belgian malts, light stone fruit, applely, some horsehair funk.
Taste brings a weird funk, not really what i was expecting, straw, dank cellar dusty box like tast, light golden Belgian malts, light fruity pear like flavor as well, hint spices like coriander.
Mouth is lighter bodied, effervescent carb.
Overall not bad, not as funky as I expected, but decent.

Many thanks to Captain Red Beard for this one.
A - Pours an opaque light orange color with a foamy and creamy looking white head. No carbonation. Looks really murky.
S - Barnyard funk, sour, straw, white grapes, apples, light colored fruit.
T - Light funk, white grapes, a little floral, jasmine (?), light spicy, brett, bready, slightly earthy, wet blanket, lingering spicy clove, land bitter lemon bitterness.
M - Light medium to heavy light body, leaves a coating of spicy tang lemon bitterness in the mouth.
O - This beer is underrated. Totally magnificent after aging for a few years.

Big thanks goes out to the BA who sent me this one awhile back as a part of a get well package after my accident! Shared this one during the One Year Anniversary of My Wreck Tasting! Bottle #114 of 467! Served from bottle into a Crooked Stave ‘Crooked Line’ tulip. Poured yellow-orange with a two finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount quickly. Maintained excellent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, earth, funk, sour, horseblanket, fruit, and citrus. The flavor was of sweet malt, funk, earth, earth funk, horseblanket, and fruit. It had a light feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a decent brew. I went into this one really expecting quite a bit, however I was a good bit let down. The funk aspect going on here really dominated every aspect of this beer. Usually this is a good thing, but there really wasn’t too much else going on to help balance this out. Also it was a little bit weak as well. Worth trying and glad that I did, but definitely not the highlight of the tasting.

Cork pops out hard, slow gusher, have glasses ready. Pour is transparent light golden orange with tons of fluffy white head. The nose has a ton of hop and fruity brett aromas, Very citrusy and perfumy with a light floral presence. The flavor is great, very dry and bright citrus fruits, perfumy and lightly floral hop. Peppery spice underneath with more grapefruit and citrus in the finish. The body is medium, extremely dry finish and subtle but assertive carbonation. Flavors are very bright, well balanced and integrated with a heavy hop/brett taste.

I had this at the bottle share during the bottle release at Jackie O's. Poured into a sample glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orange golden color with a layer of white head that fades to a ring.
Smell: Herbal and light with a mild, tart citrus and a slight sweetness in there as well.
Taste: Strong, sweet malt with a light herbal and fruity flavor. There is some tartness and it is quite crisp overall. I'm really enjoying this.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with tingly carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: This is a nice saison that I would definitely have again. As a wild ale, it could have been a bit more sour.
