This ale is brewed exclusively for the Ghillie Dhu pub/venue in Edinburgh.
A- Copper/caramel body with excellent clarity. Head is creamy white with excellent retention and lacing.Sustained well over 30 mins while drinking the pint. Appearance couldnt be better.
S- Light biscuit malt, a faint floral hop note. Aroma is generally quite subdued.
T- Biscuit sweet malt at the forefront. Slightly tofeeish, with a nice sustained noteable but not overpowering, hop bite that lingers.
M- Light body and carbonation, maybe slightly chewy.
D- A lovely sessionable bitter, excellent with the cheeseburger i had. Sliced through the greasiness of the cheese. Super stuff!
