The word “Krudtugle” means Gunpowder Owl, an old Danish nickname for a foot soldier.

The colour is straw yellow; the finger thick white head is airy. Some lacing.

The smell is mild. Some sour notes, some white bread and sweet hints of corn.

The taste is thin and sour with passing sweet flavours. It is very unbalanced with some musty notes of old bread. The aftertaste got corn and an odd chemical bitterness in the background.

The carbonation is sharp and thin at the same time. Small bubbles. The liquid is watery.
