Cask at World of Beer on 8/30/12 for the Foothills tap takeover. Infused with Videri chocolate from the Videri Chocolate Factory in Raleigh.

A - pitch black with a wet, soft, brown head that has decent retention

S - bittersweet chocolate, coffee, roasted malts

T - bittersweet chocolate up front, coffee and roasted malts in the middle, a rich sweet finish

M - medium bodied, low carbonation, very smooth

I liked this one. The chocolate smoothes out the bitterness from the roasted malts and gives it a rich drinkability. I also have to give them credit for using chocolate from Raleigh. Nicely done!
