On tap at Sticks & Stones in Greensboro into pint glass. Pours opaque pitch black color with a 1 finger dense and rocky tan head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas and flavors of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, dark bread, toast, wood, herbal, grass, pine, and light smoke. Moderate pine, herbal, woody, grassy, and charred bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium plus body. Creamy/silky malts, with some sticky/resin hops and chalky roast. Increasing lingering hop/char bitter dryness, with no acrid/astringent flavors. I loved it! Spot on American stout with rich malt complexity and nice sized hop presence. Minimal warming 7%.

Pours pitch black in color with a nice caramel head. Notes of roasted malts and chocolate on the nose. Upon tasting, you get the same chocolate and roasted malts. Good local stout.

Poured from a bomber into a pint glass.
Looks good. Sweet aroma possibly molasses mixed with chocolate.
The taste is alright with a bit of an alcohol after taste.
I'm glad I tried it but wouldn't seek it out again. Cheers!
