A - Pours black in color, beige head, spotty lace.

S - Brett, bourbon, oak, chocolate, funk, light herbal notes. Booze is well-hidden by all the other stuff going on.

T - Lots of brett, bourbon, a chocolate...just like it says. Like the nose, the booze is covered up by the brett and base beer, which is nice. Finish is chocolate booze and brett funk.

M - Full body, rich, good carbonation, creamy finish.

O - I'm really not a believe in brett mixed with a stout, but this one is decent and the bourbon works well with the brett. That said, I'd rather just drink the bourbon version less the brett. A unique beer.
