This is my first bock.
Amber coloured beer, big white head with a good retention.
Powerfull malt aroma, some toffe like malt.
A lot of malt taste, sweet and warming, maybe a little smoke, aswell as some bitterness there too.
Medium carbonation, well balanced, a good beer.

On tap at BBF 2011
Look: hazy amber-brown color with a small white head.
Smell: smoked malts, bread and caramel,
Taste: Roasted malts, caramel hops and grass. Bit too harshly bitter and dry in the end.
Mouthfeel: thin body, high carbonation.
Overall: A bit unbalanced, but nice to drink.
