Binny's OP, the 4th Binny's I've been too, and probably the worst. First of all its incredibly difficult to find, at the back of a big mall, not at all easy to find based on an addresss...The beer department is big but spread out way to much and not organized well at all. There are about 6 rows of beer, with no rhyme or reason. They do say imports or domestic but that's not a help. They have sixers together but the bottles are everywhere. There was 3fff on one row then some more 2 rows over that makes no sense, same with Bruery beers...The quality was ok nothing special, although I did snag a bottle of Artic Panzer Wolf and coton. Service was ok, I was there 20 minutes didn't have any ask for help until I was leaving...Overall, nothing special there and totally disorganized.

This Binny’s is in a shopping mall and it seems a bit odd. It looks like a big two story space from the outside but it is a large lofty one story warehouse on the inside. As you walk in there are several short rows of beers. There is a row of imports and then the beer skips a row and moves into craft beers. It is a bit odd but once you walk around a bit you can get your bearings.
There is a long row of cooler doors and they have some sale beers on the ends of the rows which makes it nice if you are not sure what you are in the mood for.

Pretty big place. They have a lot of room that they aren't utilizing effectivley. I did notice a wide selection of wine and even a cigar bar. But, the important area which I headed directly to was in the back.. They had four double sided aisle ways with three level shelves full of beer. Pretty well organized by countries and by serving size. Selections avaialble which I picked up were Three Floyds, Rogue, La Chouffe (couple of varieties I have never seen (N'Ice Chouffe)), Great Lakes, Victory, 2 Brother's Incinerator, and many others. Most of the other Belgiums were typical of what i would find here in Michigan so, I skipped them quickly except for the Chouffe's.
Service was not available, but it was Saturday night before Christmas and they were very busy so, I don't want to downgrade for it. They did put some nice bottle covers on every other bottle to protect them, without asking.
Cooler selection was large, but I did not spend too much time perusing as my family was getting ittitated and bored with me so, I had to get dragged out. Very nice place with a huge selection, I wish we had large places like this in Michigan.

Stopped in at this Binny's quite a few times. The quality is pretty damn good. Things seem to be taken care of well. Most of the beer I buy here is warm on the shelves. They have a really nice selection of belgiums. Along with a decent amount of bombers from various craft brewers.
I've never really had any questions while I was shopping but at the register the people seem pleasent enough. the prices seem good too.
Every time I go in here I find a few hard to find craft brews which I'm always excited about. They carry full lines of, in my opinion, some of the better breweries. Bells, Founders, Victory, Avery, and Great Lakes. They also carry a very respectable number of european single bottles from Germany and England mostly but there's others as well. I always spend WAY to much time here trying to make up my mind on what to buy and ALWAYS spend way more money than I plan on spending. I do usually bring home a couple harder to find brews though.
I'm a big fan of this Binny's and stop there anytime I'm in the area.
Slainte!

Very solid and reliable selection of domestic microbrews as well as desirable imports (most of the Belgian staples). Doesn't get many of the special release beers unless they are very local. One full aisle of domestic 6 packs, one for bombers a 15x15 area of the floor for sale items (all micro) and another full aisle for the good imports. You can also find stuff in the cooler that aren't on the shelves so you need to look at everything. The staff is mildly helpful but not overly knowledgeable or up on current beers or releases. The prices are in line with the averages with the other stores in the area as it is a chain. The selection stands above all.

Wow. Wish we had one of these in Detroit. It was an 8 hour round trip drive, and I spent over 200.00, but it was way worth it. Huge selection of liqors and spirits, but more important - an excellant selection of beers from around the country and from around the world. Many of LaCrosse and Milwaukee's better macros are available at good prices, as are many regional beers from the midwest. A nice selection of Founders, Bell's and DFH beers were available, as were some obscure favorites, such as offerings from Jolly Pumpkin. The staff was approchable, although I didn't need any help, the cashier was very nice and versed in the beers that they offered. A decent cooler wall as well. I plan on checking out other Binny's in the Chicagoland area in the future. If they are anything like this (and i've been told this is one of the smaller stores), they won't be a letdown.

I am at the Orland Binny's pretty often, and have never really been dissapointed.Good selection, friendly beer guy,( Jeff) and plenty of limited releases(often with a list however), and a 1-2 bottle limit per customer. Prices seem fair, sometimes 1-2$ more than normal but hey, it's a Binny's.
I do appreciate the Emails updating me on new arrivals, as it saves gas because i know i wont be making a trip for nothing. All in all, a very good beer store with plenty to choose from. Worth a stop if you are passing through the area.

This is the place I go when I'm not sure what I want and I just want to browse. Very good selection. The prices are ok. Some of the staff is pretty knowlegdeable, but it's kind of hit or miss. They're supposed to have a beer email list that I signed up for, but I haven't received anything yet.
They also sell cheeses and cigars.
The best thing about this place is that they have periodic tasting events, and not just for beer either. The beer tasting I went to last year ($15) was one of the most fun ones I've gone to.

I've been here several times but am just now getting around to a review.
This one was kind of strange upon entering. The first thing they did was demand an ID, something I've never encountered in any other Binny's, or any other liquor stores for that matter. With that aside the place is pretty standard, but not as good as the other Binny's I've been to. There's six packs of imports in one aisle, bombers of American craft in one aisle, then some import single bottles in another, then some six packs of American crafts in another. Not much in the way of service there, though that doesn't really concern me much. I've seen someone ask for advice from a guy that worked there and he seemed knowledgeable and offered some solid advice. This one doesn't have the best selection of all Binny's but it's still very good compared to the stores around here. I have always been impressed by Binny's, so if you happen to be in the area then this place is definitely worth a stop, there's bound to be something you will want.

This used to be a go to place for me whenever we had to head to Orland-- my parents and my inlaws live in town and a stop here made dealing with them MUCH easier.
It is sad that Mario is no longer the beer guy. He was great: friendly and knowledgeable with a love for sour beers. He made sure to order whatever Cantillon beers he could get his hands on. This was also the only store where I have seen the Hannsen's lambic beers including the experimental line up. Andrew, one of the newer beer guys, is pretty good to chat with too.
The selection is similar tokay of the other Binny's stores-- lots and lots of good stuff. This isn't the best place to grab limited releases because of how busy they are-- beers like KBS had a "waiting list" that ended with each person getting 1 or 2 bottles.
The prices are fair. If you buy something on sale, it's a great price. If you are am educated consumer, then you should be able to avoid the wildly overpriced beers.
The store is less than 10 minutes off I-80, so it makes for a decent place to stop if you're driving through IL.
Sorry guys-- no Half Acres yet.
