Hazy brownish amber colour, no lace really, bit of off white head. Smell is a mix of funky yeast and smoke, lots of fruit in this as well, lemon followed by more smokey malts. Taste starts off tart and fruity, smoke comes in along with a little bit of roast, nice sourness thats even a bit puckering at points, sharp acidity. Medium spritzy carbonation, medium body. Really a nice smoked sour here, even worked well on cask, this was a winner for me.

Enjoyed on tap at Volo Funk Night II. Smoked sour dark saison. Worthwhile experiment, multi-cross style. Not very drinkable, however containing smoke and lots of sour. Would like more spice and perhaps a deep secondary sour in this one. Light brown with a minimal retained white head.
