P-12oz bottle, into glass stein

A-absolutely gorgeous dark amber brew, with crystal clarity, medium high carbonation, and nice dark ivory cap with good stick.

S-wonderful toasted bread, sweet caramel, and a ghost of fruity alcohol. Rich and powerful for a modest gravity.

T-dark slightly boozy fruit, with just a hint of wheat bread behind, and a gentle but firm bitterness.

M-nice and creamy

O-Overall very nice. Reminds me of celebrator. B = 86-7

I poured this wonderful beer into my tumbler at 45 degrees. Boy wish I could get more of this one. The beer had a nice caramel taste to it. The beer was terrible looking and poured no head at all. I was going to swear it was flat until I tasted it. The beer is a little sweet but not too bad for me. This truly was a surprise find and I would certainly buy it again.

Stamped 35212

A: Tawny and clear with a quick head and no lace.

S: As it warms, dry fruit but nothing initially.

T: Dates, figs, maybe even some prunes. Then I get more caramel and even a bit of vanilla. Some herbal hops on the finish--it would probably be too sweet and sticky without them. Pretty tasty.

M: Carbonation is subdued, which may be to thicken the mouthfeel. I rather like it.

O: I'm not particularly inclined to have another.
