12 oz bottle poured into pint glass
A: head starts off great, .5 finger bone white head, but like all their beers, quickly settles to almost nothing, beer is gold with light hints of orange with great clarity
S: Almost no aroma to speak of, a slight skunk but even that seems mild
T: For a Pils its lacking hop flavor, their other Pils is better (but not by much), all I taste is skunk, not super strong, but there is almost nothing else going on
M: Pleasant, mild dryness, light-medium body, super easy to drink
O: There is nothing "wrong" with this beer, give it to an unassuming, not-picky beer drinking on a summer evening and they won't even pause to think twice, however as far as a craft pilsener goes it doesn't taste like anything. Again, no off flavors stand out (other than the purposely added skunk), but there is just nothing here.

12 oz bottle pours a clear gold color with an ample cap of white head. Decent retention and lacing.
Nose is honeyed grains and maybe some buttered popcorn. Hops are not really in evidence unfortunately.
Taste is not half bad, mostly grainy with a little biscuit. Light hopping is there, but only if you look hard for it. Malts are a little sweet, this one really drinks more like a helles lager as opposed to a Czech pilsner. Mouthfeel is average for the style and goes down super easy. For the price this is pretty hard to beat, cheaper than a sixer of Bud - yes please, all day.

Pours clear gold with about one half inch of white head and no lacing.
Smell is mild cracker grain and a bit of spice from the hops.
Taste is a balanced spicey hops with plenty of sweet maltiness.
Mouthfeel is a bit lacking in carbonation and a slightly wet finish.
Kind of a generic taste may slightly resemble a Czech Pilsner. Sort of a generic version. Maybe a good one to introduce your Bud Light buddies to something different.

bought at Trader Joe's in Pittsford on 3/23/13. Price $ 1.09.
poured from a 12 oz bottle into a mug, served at fridge temp.
appearance: medium butterscotch yellow with a 1 finger natural white head. Some lacing but not much.
aroma: pale malt with a subtle spiciness from the nobles hops.
mouthfeel: decent for a Pilsener.
taste: pale maltiness is followed by balanced hop attack, finishes fairly dry and clean.
notes: like the Josephs Brau Vienna this is a style perfect beer without flaws that is very easy to drink. At the price this could become a Summer staple.

color is like goldenrod wit ha large bubbly head. the nose is sweet with distinct honey notes. very enticing. the taste begins with the same honey-like malt then a slight grassy and citrus rind hop edge with a semi-dry finish. smooth and pleasant, perhaps a bit sweet. i think very nice for the style, except again perhaps too tame on hop presence to balance sweetness.

Pours a chill-hazed deep golden with a half inch cream head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving sheets of lacing.
Bready, toasted caramel malt and a touch of skunk are the only elements detectable in the aroma.
Flavor is fairly sweet, with caramel malt forming the backbone. There's an offputting metallic element underlying the profile. The finish is a bit bitter. Floral hops emerge late.
Body is a little watery, with moderate carbonation and a decidedly astringent finish.
Metallic flavor kills the brew. Fairly nondescript, otherwise.
