Not a bad ( for NE Indiana ) selection of bottles. They usually also have one half decent tap . Varied bottles include a few local and other micros, as well as a fair assortment of imports.
Food is typical Halls, not outstanding, but never awful. The varied menu is sure to have something to please almost anyone.
This is not the type of place to go out of your way for, but if you are staying in one of the many nearby hotels, or are in the vicinity looking for someplace for a decent beer and a sandwich, you could do worse.

By far the place to stop when visiting Fort Wayne. Tap selection is forgettable but the bottle selection is worth the visit. Selections from Bell's, Upland, Three Floyds, Great Lakes, Flying Dog, Dogfish Head, and many others make it the place to be. A little light on the stout selection but most other ales and lagers or top notch.
The atmosphere is definitely an English Pub style setting. It has a little of a "family style" restaurant which kills the atmosphere a tad but overall, it's pretty nice.
Service is decent and the wait staff doesn't offer much help when selecting a beer (it's ok though, I wasn't really looking for help).
The food is very good. Nice big salads, good looking steaks, big portions, and the onion rings are a Hall's signature classic all the way.
The Hall's chain of restaurants has been a cornerstone of Fort Wayne for decades. It's great to see that they have a place that showcases such great beers too. Definitely a place to stop if you are visiting.

Although lacking in tap selection, this is the place to get a beer in Fort Wayne for both food, atmosphere, and of course our favorite libation, beer.
As I was saying, you'll only find a few Bell's on-tap but the bottle selection is where this place is really starting to shine. Three Floyd's (Alpha King, Robert the Bruce), Upland's (Pale Ale), Bell's (Amber, Pale, and Two Hearted), Rogue (American Amber). There are a number of more accessible brews to be had as well such as Upland's Wheat and of course Blue Moon and its ilk. More impressively is their up and coming selection of german brews, most notably Schneider Weiss and Aventius.
The atmosphere really shines here ... its like stepping into a gorgeous local tavern in England, minus the cask beer. A few notable scotches as well as good American bourbons as well. The place feels homey but upscale at the same time. A great place to grab a brew and a burger.
The food is excellent as well. Since this is a restaurant first and foremost you'll find a varied selection of really good food. Lots of fish dishes, good steaks and burgers, and lighter sides and dishes for the health concious or vegetarian.
I always try to stop in and get a bite and a beer at this tavern in Fort Wayne. Sometimes the service can be a bit lame, and weekend nights get crowded with an older crowd, but this a very notable place to eat and drink in Fort Wayne.
