Its a bright gold beer, with a ever so slight haze. There is a slight head that is white and a little rocky. The aromas of this beer are a in your face, Lemon grass and ginger. They are light and refreshing. There is a slight background of the grains in there that add a little more complexity to it, and are very clean. The taste goes along the same lines as the aromas. The ginger and lemon grass are the dominating flavor but lead to a slight sweet grainy flavor the comes up in the rear. The mouthfeel is light to medium, and not very bitter at all. Very easy drinking.
