You have to get it right with this style. And they did.

It's dark yellow with weak head. The aroma is a hop and yeasty smell.

Three taste is malty but bitter. The is my first time here and it is a positive experience.

Once again many thanks to Jay (quasimoto) for hooking me up with a nice sample of this beer when my 2 friends and I visited the Cornerstone Brewery in Berea this past Saturday. He is the assistant brewmaster there. Anyways this beer pours a mdium copper/gold color with a foamy white head about an inch thick after settling. Leaves some nice lacing too. Aromas of malt, nut and bread up front followed by a hint of hops and perhaps a bit of caramel and spice. Has a sweet and slightly roasted taste with flavors of malt, bread, and nut. A hint of citrus and other spice is present perhaps with a bit of fruit present as well. Has a nice, smooth and thick full bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very drinkable.

A - It is a nice light mohogany/copper color. big fluffy off white head that laces nicely.

S - Slight fruity hop aroma, covered by a nice nutty/bready / malt aroma. Little alcohol.

T- starts off simple but blends to a nice nutty toasty flavor along with some fruit. Or maybe just sweetness. Little alcohol on the end.

M - A little heavy for the style, but other than that, nice and smooth.

D - Really full bodied for the style, but the ability to drink this all night is totally possible.
