Poured from the can a deep clear gold with two fingers of frothy off-white head. A good amount of sticky lacing left behind.
Very sweet aroma of banana, geen apple, tropical fruit, cloves, and grainy malts.
The taste was tart with fresh-squeezed lemon upfront. Light amounts of wheat and green apple followed. The tartness lingered through the finish.
Medium bodied and quite dry with a moderate carbonation.
I liked the combination of tartness and wheat. Very interesting, for sure.

On tap at Kickbacks in Jax. Poured into a snifter. Fluffy, large white head, high retention. Slightly hazy, golden body, with soapy, sticky lacing. Aroma includes banana, bubble gum and banana taffy. Taste includes similar flavors. Certainly slightly different than a hefe, more hazy than expected for a kristal but overall quite tasty and I would think easy to drink for amateurs and beer geeks alike.

A - straw/golden color that pours quite opaque for a Kristalweizen. Soft, small head.
S - Vibrant, orange and a little bit of mustard? Also a little musty barnyard as well
T- Really well balanced and smooth, peppery, light and refreshing.
M- Lots of yummy dextrins with a light smooth finish
O- I really enjoyed this beer, I had it after a long weekend on Sunday evening outside. Really well done

Pours gold, with surprisingly little haze. Modest bar-pour head hat settles to rim bubbles. Good streaky lace.
Sweet, soft wheat aromas on the initial smell.
Fruity in many ways. The wheat flavor is subdued but very present. Subtle banana and coriander/clove notes. Full bodied with a heightened carbonation. In many an arch-typical wheat beer.
