A light pour got me a finger and a half of very active almost-white head over a clear pale straw body. This head up and vanished in less than 30 seconds. The beer is obviously heavily carbonated as there is a strong cluster of bubbles clinging to a lot of the glass and a serious rush to the surface. Lacing? Thees beer don't need no steenkin' lacing.
Mmmmm, corn. This beer smells of sweet corn, the weakest, palest possible malt and hops that are past their prime.
The beginning is an overly sweet blend of corn and pale malt. For a beer that says "Triple hops brewed" on the can, this is the opposite of what I, or any other hophead would ever be interested in, as there is no hop flavor detected.
Whoa is that baby light bodied! I might say that it were overly carbonated, but that seems to be what they're going for. It is refreshing, washes down anything, and wouldn't necessarily be refused on a hot summers day... unless you offer me a DIPA. Or an IPA. Or a decent pale ale.
It's hard to believe that just a few short years ago, my beer appreciation began here, and didn't end much further.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance is a very pale, transparent yellow color. Lots of carbonation and a small amount of light colored head that fades quickly.
Smell is extremely weak, maybe a hint of malt.
Taste is weird, very watery and a bit sour.
Mouthfeel is honestly pleasant, very light-bodied with a nice dry finish. Very easy to drink, and the smell of the alcohol is well-hidden.
Overall it is hard to rate the macros when compared to the micros. There just isn't much to this - when it comes to smell and taste I would really like something a bit more distinctive, but I think they deserve credit for brewing beer that is both consistent and drinkable.
