This was a light beer in body and color, light golden color. This light lager is a refresher and a true american lager. Libery hops add to its all-aroung taste. Although its low in alcohol, 3%, it was tasty and refreshing. Only can be drank at the, Boardwalk, at DisneyWorld, Orlando.

Served on tap at the Big River Bar & Grille (Disney) in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
A: Pours a crystal clear straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall white head that quickly fades to a patch of extremely thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal lacing is observed.
S: This beer has a very mild aroma and it was not the easiest to pick up with the other aromas around. I detected some grainy/cereal malts and just a hint of grassy hops.
T: Like the smell there is a very mild flavor to this beer including cereal malts, corn adjunct malts, and some very light grassy hops. Neither too bitter or too sweet, this beer is well balanced.
M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin/watery.
O: This beer was very easy to drink and is infinitely sessionable at the very low ABV. On a hot early summer afternoon/evening, this beer was very enjoyable and refreshing. Not a bad offering for the style, which does not happen to be one of my favorites.

It is what it is. Advertised as light, and light it is. Typical light beer characteristics including a light straw color, fizzy light body and minimal flavour profile. There are hints of lemon, husky grain and a bit too much astringency. Above average light beer that should appeal to the appropriate audience.

A - A very pale golden straw color... A very thin white head quickly fades leaving no discernable lacing... Some mild carbonation...
S - Uninspired... Grainy malts... A very minor hops presence... You almost need to stick your nose entirely into the glass to pick up any noteable aroma...
T - Cereal, namely rice krispies... Corn... Some faint grassy notes... Just the ever so slight presence of muted Liberty hops...
M - Light bodied... Slightly thin and watery... Fizzy...
D - A definite step up from the typical BMC products, but not much more than that... The 3.6% ABV certainly makes it sessionable, but I'm not sure that the taste would leed me to wanting more than one...

On tap at the Disney World Board Walk location.
Poured a lighter, and see through (clear) straw color with a small sized white head. Aromas of light grass. Tastes of grass with some malts. I had to struggle to get much out of either the aroma and taste. Thin and watery body.

This is the lightest beer in the line-up. Lightest and low, low gravity @ 8.5 and low abv at 3.61% according to the beer info page they give you when the samplar is ordered.
The beer appears lite in color at a clear watery yellow. A small white head faded quick. No lace. Not much on the nose if only a taste preview.
The taste, not strong rendered hints of citric metallic hop with a faint malt background.
The mouthfeel was a slight dry with a metallic watered feel.
Drinkability, sure, very easy on a hot day. The low abv and likened H2O would and could be very refreshing.

Pours a very light yellow with a small but still well formed blinding white head.
Smell is faint hops, faint malt, not much else
Taste is water, slightly malty sweet, and a little bit of hop flavor.
Overall, very very watery. I suppose for a light beer this is good. I would sure rather drink this than one of the commercial mass produced light lagers. Nevertheless, Big River has much better beers.

This beer poured a slightly yellowed clear, watery color with a small ring of head over top. The nose was very weak, slight honey sweet and slight grainey tone. The flavor was harshly grainey with a slight saaz hop. Not really good. The feel was moderate with a slight carbonation. The flavor really turned me off on this one. I would like a little sweetness to balance out the grassey and grainey tones. Eh.

A slightly below average beer that was much better than most light beeres. Passable on a hot, humid day. The look is a clear light gold with a small white head and minimal lace.
The nose is all malt and bread, which is repeated in the taste. A bigger taste and feel than most light beers so this is not all that bad. Crisp finish and decent drinkability.

Served a pale yellow sun color with a hint of green? I'm not sure if it was the light, but I didn't notice it with any of the other beers, but it almost looked like watered down Mountain Dew. Mmmmm....isn't that visual inviting? My answer was no.
Aromas of malt and light, light hops. Surprisingly not bad. I didn't detect any adjucts or off scents.
The taste...umm what happened? Suddenly there is corn, malt, and light hops? Strange I didn't smell corn? Very watery. Tasted like somebody mixed a Bud and a Heineken. Extremely light body, finished crisp and clean, but not very tasty.
MHO, don't bother with this one.

There is a surprising bit of malt flavor. I was actually struck by the nice straw maltiness of the beer that made this not only drinkable but almost tasty. The color is extremely pale, but the head has a great bit of fullness and retention which saves the appearance score. No hops as expected, Slightly citric nose. For a light lager, this is good.

Part of a sampler: Pours a light gold with a thin white head. No lacing. Light hops aroma. Light bodied, with the typical brewpub "light lager" taste. Minimal hops flavor and somewhat fizzy. Light and crisp finish made it easy to drink. Okay for what it is.

Pale golden color.
Aroma of sweet malts.
Light and refreshing, but a bit on the sweet side. Could benefit from adding more hops IMO.
Light body.
Drinkability is good except for the low hopping rate.
Overall, not bad for a light lager. But just being a light lager isn't a good thing to start with.
