Supercharged India Pale Ale.... Rich/bright & amber/bronze with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity fashioned deep within the IPA tradition.
Hop: Citra, Centennial, Chinook T90, Simcoe T90, Citra T90

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.3%. Slightly gushing can. Hazy orange colour, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, also some piney notes. Citric and piney flavour, decent bitterness, sufficient malts. Quite good.

Pours a hazy, brown'ish amber coloration with a medium, foamy head. Smells of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt, citrus and lighter tropical notes of grapefruit, orange rind, mango and pineappple, with a profound dankness coming through as well. Taste is a great balance of sweet'ish biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and bitter, citrus hops, with ligher notes of tropical fruits and notes of grapefruit, orange rind, mango, pineapple, as well as quite a profound dankness and just a hint of pine. Finishes with a medium/strong bitterness and some dank, citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with medium body and carbonation.
One of the dankest IPAs I've ever had, in a good way, with some quite nice citrus and lighter tropical notes, rounded out by a great balance of sweet'ish malt and quite bitter hops.

Deep amber with leggy white film. 4
Da kronik!! A touch of rind as it opens. 4
Thread of caramel, then greenery, grass, resin and earthy end. Warms into slight orange peel. 4
Round, slight oil, chewy, almost medium. 4
Huge mulchy nose is your warning shot: here’s an IPA that’s all dank and nothing else. Just the slightest citrus, no pine, no tropical - I’m not sure how they do it. It’s not even super fresh. A California sea monster from 2003, and I’m all good with that. 4.25

Bottle from realale.com in Twickenham. Quite a thick feel, laid-back carbonation, heavy, sweet malts propping up really resinous piney hops. Very sickly.
