Went online to Majestic's website to find some Oak Aged Yeti and this was one of the only places in town that had it. They also had one of the best selections (if not the best) of the Texas craft beers. Lots of winter stuff left over, ALL of the beers from Rahr even the rare breed Salamander, and lots of Saint Arnold too. So in a sense this place had exactly what I was looking for this particular evening.
That being said I don't generally drink much local beer, and what I do want I can find in Dallas where I live. I had a guy come up to me and ask what I was looking for. I told him I had a list with me and didn't think I needed help now. He probed further which was ok, but he really knew next to nothing about beer from what I could tell. He seemed annoyed with me and walked away. I found this a little off putting. Cashiers were nice, but friendliness seemed fake. Not my favorite place.
I would return again to get specialty selections I can't find elsewhere, but probably not for any other reason. I suppose though that in the neighborhood they are one of the best around. I just prefer some other spots in Dallas over this one.
Pricing was reasonable but a little expensive for certain SKUs.

Called "Arlington Bottle Shop" and not "Majestic" due to some local zoning or Arlington vs Ft. Worth mess. But don't be fooled, it looks just like a Majestic Liquor.
Similar selection to other small (not the nicer/newer/larger) Majestic locations: limited craft and lots of beer-beer; nicely all in the cooler. Typical imports and common crafts. Nothing new, limited, or special. Last time I stopped in I couldn't find anything I wanted.
I did find a pack of 2-year-old Ten Years Alt one visit last year. It was on discount sitting out at room temp. As I feared it was fairly oxidized. Oh well, you never know.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
If you're not close by don't bother.

The Arlington Bottle Shop offered a good selection of beers, even some beers I have been unable to find other places. The cost is a little high if you don't have the discount card. Don't worry if you don't have a discount card, you can sign up for one at the front of the store.
The staff was more than willing to help find any beers I was looking for. In fact, she came back to the beer section and looked through the beers with me until I found what I wanted. It would have been easy for her to come off as pushy, but I never felt that way.
Overall, a good place to find a wide selection of beers.

Probably the best selection in the city of Arlington. A modern wine and liquor store that has been around forever, it's clean and well-lit with aisles of specialty wines and other alcohol. The back is lined with refrigerated cases and a wide selection of beers, very few of which are stacked warm.
Not that it matters, but this place seemed to have the widest selection of macros that I've ever seen. Generally, 1/3rd of the beer space is taken up with the typical Silver Bullet-type displays but here the entire macro brand family was represented, so if you're searching for your father's old favorite (now bought by a corporate monster) this might be the place to look.

Searched this palce out for my day trip to texas. Very nice clean store. Cruised past the wine and liquor to the back of the store. nearly all the beer was refrigerated. Nice slection of Micors and imports. A very good selection of Belgians and Unibroue was represented. West Coast beers and imports all available in singles and sixers. Locally brewed beers were there and actually recommended by an employee. Props to him for promoting a local product. My space for travel was limited so snagged a Stone IPA and a Breckenridge Small Batch 471. I actually got carded! At 37 with some gray hair even! Clean well lit and the bomber prices were reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Very good selection of beers in singles (of various sizes) and six packs. I felt I could find a few beers here that I haven't seen at other places. About an entire section is filled with all the major beer companies like Budweiser and Miller. The rest is a lot of craft beers from all over the world. There is also a good selection of wine and liquor. You can easily compare this store to a large liquor store like Majestic Liquors. There are people available to help you find what you are looking for. Prices seem to be about the same as other stores in the area.
Although this store is very close to me, there is just something about it that makes me not mind driving a little further to another store. This is just something personal to me, as you may not feel this way.
