Taster flight at brewery. Light golden pour with small airy white head. Aroma is smooth pale malts, some citrus and floral notes. Taste does not deviate too much, standard pale ale fare.

"Akin to a Grisette, that is a low alcohol Belgian-style Blonde Ale. Hop forward with a lighter body. Served unfiltered."
Served in a pint glass, the brew appears a pale straw color with a thin white cap. Parchy to webby lacing effect sticks to the glass. A light swirl revives the cap.
The smell includes bubblegum, clove, fruit and peppery spices from the yeast. Overall not a bold or aggressive offering, just well balanced and clean smelling.
The taste is dry and peppery with a pear to apple skin flavoring. Thete is some clove spiciness and a bitterness from the hops that is grassy to herbal. A very faint straw grain inclusion is present but without adding any sweetness.
This is a very light bodied brew that is crisp and lively with carbonation. It is a fairly easy drinking sessionable offering that I could drink a few of if given the opportunity. Nothing outrageous here but worth checking out if the opportunity presets itself.
