appearance - light pale yellow with (maybe i was too drunk) a bit of green. well carbonated, not much of a head but very active and decent lacing.

smell - not so impressed here, green apple, minor tart.

taste - much of the same business.

mouthfeel - a bit sugary but it seems a bit more tart once its been in your mouth a while

not overly impressed but its still good by all means.

On-tap at the Berliner Bash.

A - Pours golden yellow, white head, no lace.

S - Citrus, lacto, funk, and hay. The tartness is light and enjoyable, and just right for a 3-4% berliner, IMO.

T - Similar to the nose, nice and tart. Crisp hay, lacto, funk, and a nice tart citrus note. Really nice berliner type flavors that make this one easy to drink on a hot summer's day.

M - Light, good carbonation, chugable, dry finish.

O - A nice berliner from Peg's, yet again. Really easy to drink and so refreshing. I would love to have this again in the future (along with all other Peg's berliners). Good stuff.
