Appearance: This is your Belgium classic swampy yeasty trippel look with a nice white head with plenty of lacing.
SAromas: Nice malty smell, that's what I like, with a hint of orange peel.
Taste:Caramel sweet, malty goodness. Very good.
Texture is smooth nice very drinkable.
Classic tripel on the sweet side may lack a bit of balance for some. Reminds me of the great trippel Karmeliet. A good trippel almost a home run! Would be an excellent dessert beer at the bistro to roll. What music? Well, I suggest Fogerty's Centerfield!

Poured from 330mL bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: deep golden hue bordering on orange with a medium haze and a strong effervescence. Head is three fingers of frothy ivory foam with a thin lace. Not too bad.
Smell: dank, sweet malt aroma which is more grainy than fruity in any way. Not a lot of complexity, but it is within the style's parameters.
Taste: sweet, grainy malt with a bit of an alcohol finish. Graininess is pretty strong; it's not off-putting, per se, it just feels wrong. Not a bad beer, but kind of odd for a tripel.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a huge-ass carbonation and concomitantly huge creaminess. Ba dow!
Overall: this beer is a bit odd. It just seems unfinished or something. Not bad, but not really worth going after unless you're really into tripels.

Shared by jayhawk73. Thanks Jeff.
The beer is hazy dark yellow with a half inch of soapy white head. The aroma brings yeast, malt, light spice, floral notes. The flavor brings a touch of banana, grain. Really dry finish with some hop bitterness. Earthy and a bit abrasive. Kind of rough. This is ok.
