It’s a burger bar, but not like any burger bar I’ve been too. Full of tables, booths and lots of bar stools. Each booth has a little TV to watch, well, TV.
The service was great and they were super friendly. They lost my order about 5 minues after taking it. The waitress was in tears over it and they ended up not charging us anything for our food, despite getting our food out faster than most places do on a regular basis. Our waitress was super and her manager was equally great.

Their burgers are world class and their food, from what we had, is all really good. The number of burgers they have is nice and all very different. I don’t mean simple changing the toppings around, I mean quality variety. Different types of meat, different buns to choose from, and the Rossini looked amazing with foie gras and shaved truffles.

They have about 100 different bottles of beer and 24 taps. Their selection is nice, they have extremely rare and hard to find beers like Firestone Walker 12 and they have plenty of local offerings as well.

As far as the prices...it’s Vegas, but it’s also not overkill.

If you make a trip to Vegas, then you need to stop in. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed...I was thrilled with the place.

Burger Bar is located in the Shoppes at Mandalay Place, the sky walk between Mandalay Bay and Luxor.
This place has the atmosphere of a sports bar. The booths all have TVs in them, and overall it is a lot of fun. Be warned though, most nights there is a pretty decent wait for the place (upwards of 30 minutes some nights, no reservations).
The quality has always been very good when I go, food has been done correctly and comes out within a reasonable time frame. They only really sell burgers/fries and some salads so as long as that is what you are looking for, you probably won't be diapointed. They do have a create your own burger which is a fun thing, you can pick everything that goes on from their normal menu, my only problem with this is some of the items that they charge extra for sometimes seems rediculous (not the price, just the fact that there is a charge at all). My usual choice is the chicken sandwhich.
The tap selection is pretty good overall for a Strip location. Prices on their taps are very reasonable, I was getting 9 oz pours of Abyss for 5.50. The best deal that they usually have is for the sampling menu, 6 - 6oz glasses, prices will vary but they usually end up costing me around 15$.
The bottle list is very impressive but this is where they start to get a bit more on the pricy side. Some are very reasonable, others are priced a bit high, but that is to disuade the drunk tourists from ordering it for fun. The vertical that they have of FSW 11-14 is a pretty nice offering if you have 4 people.
The staff is generally very nice, though aside from the bar tenders, beer knowledge is not universal. Best bet if you want to talk to someone about beer, sit at the bar.

Finally got to check this place out this past Tuesday. Tucked away in Mandalay Bay, this place from the outside is rather unassuming. Not real fancy, casual but with some interesting beer signs on the walls.
We got seated instantly and the updated beer list was right inside the menu! One of my biggest pet peeves is having to ask what is available, or an updated beer list. Upon looking at the draft list, my eyes light up when I see "The Abyss" on tap, for only $5.50 for a 9.5oz pour. Done and done.
My friends and I also split a bottle of GI BCS and Samichlaus, as they have not tried either of them.
I ordered the Black Angus burger with bacon and cheese, and it was without a doubt one of the best burgers I have ever had. One of the guys ordered the Kobe Beef and the others ordered Buffalo. Everyone raved how good their burgers were.
All in all for Vegas, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth the $, and one of the few places in Vegas you can get great beer! My only complaint, is when we asked for new glasses for our Samichlaus, the waitress brought us MGD64 pint glasses, instead of the Goblets brought originally. Service all in all was average, but the selection and quality make up for it.

After reading the great reviews about this place on BA, we decided to hit this place up while a short trip to Vegas. I definitely regret making the effort.
Service: I had made reservation to get to this place. We arrived 5 to 10 minutes passed our reservation time (due to bad traffic). The hostess told us that "we were very late and should consider going somewhere else." I figured she was having a bad day, so I told her we would wait. We were seated 10 minutes after (not long at all). Our waiter, great guy, but told us that they were short staffed, therefore the service was slow (yet decent).
Beer: they had a good selection, I noticed Deschutes and Widmer on the menu. My only problem was that I felt overpriced! I tend to do beer flights (to find new beers). They averaged $4.50 per taster. What made it ridiculous was that they would charge you $4.50 for a taster of MILLER LITE! It is already a bad beer (surprisingly they offered it), and then it was overpriced (much like everything else). I believe you can buy a six pack for that price. Wow I was shocked!
Food: I had noticed other reviews had talked a lot about the burgers. I decided to order a burger for $20 (I figure there has to be some magic going on, ciabatta bread, blue cheese, etc). I was wrong. It wasn't that the burger was bad, but it wasn't $20 good. At best it was ok. I was there with 3 other friends and no one at my table was impressed.
Atmosphere: regular diner looking place. Lots of things hanging from the walls. You have to walk out of the restaurant to use the bathroom.
In conclusion, we were disappointed with this place. We ordered 4 burgers, and one beer. Our bill came out $88 and change, very overpriced. Not worth a repeat.

Took us a bit to find this place but it was fun. A fairly small, narrow place with a lot of wooden tables, chairs and a tiny bit of decor, which are all beer related. From oversized glassed, coasters or signs.
The beer menu is pretty large. Probably around 100 bottles and around 25 or so taps. They also had several rare bottles of beer; including all of the Firestone Walker annverisary beers 11 through 14, and they all came at a hefty price too. One could only order the FSW 11,12, and 13 if there were three adults present had to shell out $200. Also had Parabola for $45.
I went with a couple of beers that I can't get in Ohio and experienced both Kona and Deschutes. Both were served to me in their own brewery logos pint glass and were $6 a piece.
Service was good she was on top of most things.
Food wise is pretty insane. One can build everything about their burger from the type of meat and bread and along with about 50 toppings. Getting upward of $20 for a burger and fries.
Also if your better half or non beer drinking buddy is with you you could order a Cookies N Cream Martini which is what my wonderful wife did and that also was pretty slick.
With the other places still out there I think I'll hit this one up again, but still would like to get out and explore some more. A great place.

If you're in Vegas, I highly recommend Burger Bar. This place is incredible. Their beer list is HUGE. I had a very hard time deciding what to drink as there were so many that I wanted to try.
Besides their beers, this place is also famous for their burgers. With 50 or so different toppings to choose from, the combinations are endless. I decided to splurge and go with lobster on my burger and was not disappointed. Everything I've eaten here has been awesome.
Their waitresses are also pretty amazing. Not only are they great to look at, but they're also extremely knowledgable of the beers they serve.
Definitely check this place out. You won't regret it.

First off, this place was excellent for many different reasons. 1. The staff was very knowledgeable about the 25 or so different beers they had on tap. Very friendly, great place to eat. 2. The burgers you could top with almost any topping every thought of. Fried egg. No problem. 3. The price, in comparison to the rest of Las Vegas standards, is very reasonable. 20 dollars gets you a burger, a beer, very generous amount of fries and great service. The place probably had room for only 150 people or so, so it didn't get overly crowded. Loved it. We were out there for 5 nights, 6 days, and we ate there 4 times. I cant wait to get back out there next year.

My wife and I went there twice this week. The burgers were excellent (I had the Kobe beef one twice and was very happy with it, though the wheat roll the second time was stale), as were the sides (fries, onion rings, etc.). We split a milkshake that was the most decadent I've had.
Service was great the first time, borderline indifferent the second. Odd because it was busier the first time.
Of note were the beer prices: many of the American drafts were $6/pint, very reasonable for Las Vegas, and Belgians went up to a max of $14 for a 9 oz. pour. Bottle selection was varied, but we stuck to drafts. There were a few West Coast beers that were new to me, a few Las Vegas locals (the Sin City Amber was better than I expected), and any place that has Lagunitas Brown Shugga on tap is fine in my book.
If I were to go back to Vegas (unlikely, but a story for another time), I would definitely go back.

Stayed at Mandalay Bay for a convention. After reading about this place went with a couple other co-workers to check out the beer list. A couple hours later we were still sitting at the bar trying as much beer that we could from the west coast. Bartender was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing us some of the more rare beer. Of course those bottles were pretty pricey, however the draft and some of the bottles weren't to bad for being on the strip. For what we drank I'm pretty sure he gave us a few beers for free. Had a larger amount of bottles to choose from and a good selection on tap.
We ended up going back to eat there everyday we were in Vegas. Burgers were awesome. A little expensive but well worth the visit in. We had a great experience every time we went in the Burger Bar from the service to the beer. Will definitely be going back for at least a beer and burger next time in Vegas.

I usually dont visit the strip on my days off but I had to after hearing about this place. It's located in Mandalay place, which is situated between the Mandalay Bay and the Luxor.
It was a nice looking bar, clean and modern. They had a very nice bottle list, including some reserve releases such as Parabola. The beer was pricey, but expected for being on the strip. The burgers were good and service was great.
Overall a great place to eat and have a good beer if price doesn't bother you too much.
