Visited during the weekend of 5/9/08 - 5/10/08.
I had heard seating was tough here, and it is. But both times I visited, I was able to get a seat at the bar with no wait (once for a party of two then again for a party of four).
The bartenders are very friendly and personable. I didn't need their beer expertise to decide what to drink, but I saw them helping some craft newbies decide on a brew.
The draft selection is solid and is probably the best thing they have to offer. Be warned that pints are pricey, though.
Food is, to put it mildly, seriously overpriced. Burgers can easily run over $20.00 without much effort. If they were truly $20.00 burgers, this would be acceptable. But I feel these burgers and sides (brought in frozen or prepackaged, no less) are worth perhaps half to two thirds what is being charged. You are definitely paying for the scene.
Speaking of scene... it is crowded with youngish, good looking people. Saw lots of beer being consumed, but also saw a good amount of other beverages. I don't think the craft beer list is the main attraction for most of the diners.
Some places have deserved reps for great burgers (Father's Office and Lucky Devil's in L.A., for instance), but this place is getting by on its inexplicable "hot" status. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But it's not buzz worthy.
I don't think I'll be going back here again unless it's to grab a pint on the way to eat somewhere else.

A - Vegas touristy. It's IN the Mandalay Bay
Q - All the beers there are good stuff. Mostly Belgians, with some other good stuff too.
S - Typical Vegas service - outstanding
S - The beer selection was all good stuff, but it was small. Not a lot of variety.
F - OMG. Amazing. Greatest burgers in the known universe.
V - Expensive.

Visited with the family on a recent trip to Vegas. Being the only recognizable place on the Strip with a decent craft selection, we decided on this joint. Located amongst the shops and other restaurants on the main floor of Mandalay Bay, medium sized place and a dive-bar atmosphere with about 20 OK craft taps (some Belgian, DFH, Sierra Nevada and unoffensive local offerings - a wit or two and some pale ales), nothing outstanding or overly enticing. Good friendly service, didn't have to wait for a table when we arrived at around 5pm. An OK regular bottle selection, alot of which is recapitulated when I asked for the "Special Bottle List." Nothing crazy in here, but it's pretty pricey - they had bottles of Abacus and Parabola for $40, and that was the rarest of what they had in store. Above average food, albeit unspectacular - my Kobe beef burger was good, but not the best I've had. I might revisit here if I came back to Vegas, but there was certainly much left to be desired.

Stopped in upon consulting with local BAs via forums.
Very strong selection, though inferior to Todd English. Lots of Belgians and US crafts.
I decided to go with the burger, to see if the place can live up to its name and not only was it priced rather reasonably, but it was pretty delicious.
Eventhough it is located in a mall type setting, the ambiance is inside is pretty tolerable. Some of the other visitors were consuming BMCs, as the name would absolutely attract "beer junkies," that live on Bud Light and other such delicacies, and some of the waitresses, whose natural shapes have been modified by surgeons operating in the fields of plastics, had no shame in not knowing much about the good beer, but nevertheless, for this locale, if you must have craft beer- this is one of the stops that I would recommend.

I stopped in while waiting for my flight home on a recent trip. It seemed like other BAs have enjoyed their visits, so I made this my last stop before heading to the airport. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a burger. Service was quick and I didn't get lost in the shuffle during a shift change, which was nice. The surroundings felt like LV, with a mixture of higher end (stone bartop and dark wood) with campy (lots of neon) elements. The selection was solid, with ~24 taps and ~100 bottles, including ~10 vintage bottles (stuff like FW12&13, Stone VE, etc.). Beer prices were reasonable, barring the vintage bottles, with $6 pints available (there were also 6oz samples for $2.50). My buffalo burger was good, but not exceptional, although the jalapeno bacon and onion rings were quite good. Overall, I was expecting a little more, but didn't leave disappointed.

Went here on a recent trip to Vegas. Pretty full at lunch time but I doubt many were there for the decent selection of imports and domestic craft seeing how everyone in there was drinking yellow fizz. Lots of decent taps but I opted for a bomber of Arrogant Bastard for 15$, ice cold bottle and was given a frozen pint glass (I asked for a warm over sized wine glass I saw sitting on the shelf) I could have blown the bank on Firestone Verticals and very expensive singles but there was plenty I'd never tried before. Sit at the back unless you want too smell the Lush soap store across the way, not the best background smells for tasting beer. I didn't try the food but I should've because the burgers looked awesome. Worth a try for sure, I wish I had more time to hangout here and try some of the different stuff they had on the go.

Took the long walk from my hotel in the middle of the Strip all the way down to this place, situated in Mandalay Place, the indoor mall between Mandalay Bay and the Luxor. I got here at a quiet time late on a Friday afternoon and grabbed a stool at the empty bar. The place has a vibe that's kind of a cross between a sports bar and a steak place. Leather booths with frosted glass in between, sleek black counter surfaces, but yet very bright and still casual. I liked it.
Beer selection was all quality stuff. The draft list was pretty pedestrian by the standards of a good LV beer bar, but still plenty to choose from. The bottle list was a bit more exciting and deep. The centerpiece of the list is the ability to do a vertical of Firestone Walker 11-14, that is if you have 3 (or maybe it's 4) adults and $200 to spend. I'd do that in a heartbeat since where else can you get that chance, but I was traveling alone for business so out of luck there. Still a good selection broadly split between domestic craft and European craft.
They specialize in burgers, as you might guess from the name. I had a buffalo burger which was nicely lean and tasty. Pricey, but hey this is the Strip.
Service was very pleasant and always there when my glass was nearly empty.
I would certainly check this place out again.
