Located behind Bristol's Main Street in the same parking lot as Brooks and Shaws. Very solid Vermont and regional micro selection. Rock Art growlers and bombers can both be found here along with Magic Hat bombers and the usual lineup of VT six packs and 12 packs. Very nice imported beer selection with severial beers that I hadn't seen in Vermont before. And they also stock a small section of homebrew supplies in the back. Worth a stop before you hit the Bobcat Cafe for a few rounds and dinner.

I'm a regular local customer here and I come here a lot, Today I had went in for a small purchase and I had my card on me, the purchase was ~3 dollars and they said they had a $4 card minimum in which I offered to pay cash to bye the minimum fee on their end and they turned me down. When I went back after driving home and hunting change for a purchase that should've been much simpler. (which the gas cost me $3) After this I returned to the store, asked for the product and the owner had handled my purchase and gave me a rather condescending tone when checking me out. I really hope these guys learn to conduct better business or at least be more friendly about it. Not impressed guys.

Vermont state liquor store that does a good job of keeping prices reasonable for the Bristol area. The store is pretty well kept, and good service, they're always quick to answer questions. Also, they get BCBS here and don't limit customers on these bottles. Recommend while in Bristol as you'll have to drive in to Hinesburg or Vergennes for any other bottle shops.

Swung in here on 01SEP12 to see what's what and perhaps pick up something for later. Alewife and I were staying up the street at the Crystal Palace B&B, so this was quite convenient, like the Bobcat...
Place is just east of the local Shaws, in a long, red, one-story unit much like something from a trailer park. Enter a door in the center, and there's wine left, bier right. Right it is... Had a solid selection of VT wares, like Bobcat, Magic Hat, Rock Art and Otter Creek, among others. Saw some Stone, too, and other decent stuff. Most was in coolers, with some warm as well. Inside was rather plain and nondescript, in general. Staff was pleasant, though not overly bier-geekish. Still, a convenient place for good stuff if staying locally. Prosit!

Stopped in here with some time to kill before the Bobcat Cafe opened across the street. Basically one large and long open room with coolers along the walls and some display cases in the middle.
Good selection for the area, with some offerings I hadn't seen elsewhere in central Vermont. Was able to pick up one of the last 6-packs of Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale.
Service stood out here and I'd rate it very good. I had a long and casual discussion with the lady working (owner?) about recent arrivals to the store and general beer talk. She quickly pointed out and recommended some beers in the coolers that other customers and herself had enjoyed - and I appreciated that.
If you're in Bristol (for Bobcat Cafe), or just passing through, probably worth a stop to check out what they have.
