Pours a crystal clear amber color with a small white head. Strong aroma of floral hops. Tastes of citrus/ floral hops and a touch of creaminess. Very smooth and mild for a pale. This beer is very drinkable and goes down super smooth. Not the greatest pale but one of their best by far. If you go here, this is a must try.

I enjoyed this beer. It was well carbonated but not overly so. It balanced hops and maltiness quite well. It went well with the ortega burger I ordered and the basketball game in the background. In general I enjoyed this beer and would recommend trying it.

On draft at brewery, consumed 01/21/08.
Medium copper/amber color, good head retention. Active carbonation.
On the palate, nutty malts start and piney, resiny hops finish up. Lingering bitterness.
Slightly thicker than water.
Respectable, and a nice change from West Coast hop bombs.
