A - A yellow/ golden color with low clarity. 1 finger of sticky head and just a touch of sticky lace on the glass
S - Tangerines and grapefruit. Bittnerness. Not as hoppy as most IPA's on the aroma front, but definitely showing some hop love
T - Citrus and orange up front, but packs a bitter kick at the end. Nice malt backbone to balance it out.
M - High carbonation but light bodied.
O - A good IPA for sure, but not the best in Asheville. I rate Pisgah as the best brewery overall in Asheville based on their other beers, such as the Solstice. But a good beer nonetheless

12 oz pour into a pint glass on tap at the Pisgah taproom.
L – Medium amber color with a 1-finger cream-colored head. Decent retention with some patches of lacing. Clear with lots of bubbles.
S – Lots of caramel malt and lots of grapefruit-forward hops. Very balanced.
T – Follows the aroma nicely. It starts off sweet with caramel malt and some sweet orange flavors and then progresses to a nicely bitter grapefruit hop finish. Again, very balanced for an IPA.
F – Medium-bodied, good carbonation, a sticky, chewy, and mouth-coating feel, and a bitter and dry finish. Bitter grapefruit hops linger for a nice while.
O – This is a very tasty, very balanced, and very drinkable IPA. I really have nothing else to say about it. It’s just a very solid beer and a great example of a nicely-balanced IPA. Cheers, Pisgah!
