Great Growler Fill Station with lots of selections and great service. Broadest selection in the area. I always check out the shopping cart of $1.00 beers. You never know what you will find in the cart, I once got three draft cans of Old Speckled Hen from the cart (Normally $11/4-Pack)

This store is convenient for me, is a quick and easy stop. I like to purchase different types of beers and cider to try and the growler station has given me the ability to do that. The downfall is that the fill-up can get messy. This location is not as well suited to refilling growlers as the Malta location is.

I went here on a whim when I was running errands. They have the standard beer for this area, but I was surprise to find 8 Goose Island Bourbon County Stouts on sale (which I snatched up). The staff was also beyond helpful. Any time I asked questions and they didn't know they answers, they would ask someone who did. At one point nonone new what I was asking about and the owner called me later that day. Prices were good and I had an overall good experience. Definitely plan on going there again!!!

I frequent Minogue's in Queensbury, NY and I have found it to be one of the perks of living in Glens Falls. They always roll out a fresh batch of seasonal beers by most of the major quasi-microbreweries (Brooklyn, Otter Creek, Flying Dog, etc.) but also have a solid selection of all types of beer year-round. It's nice to see selections from Breweries such as the Left Hand, Boulder, and Victory in upstate New York. They also have a fairly good selection of international beers such a Young's, Spaten, Hoegaarden, and all of the usual fair. The service is great, and they have a very decent Cigar collection to boot. I would say that for the convenience and price, Minogue's is one of the best beverage centers I've come across. However, for a 20 minute drive south, you could be at EBI which surpasses Minogue's in selection, but not customer service.

One of the better beer stores in the Saratoga area. When you enter the store, all the good stuff is over on the right hand side.
Selection is good, not excellent. This area typically has better selections of beer in general, and I would put this place somehwere in between the local grocery stores and Eddy's Beverage Incorporated (the best beer store in the area IMO).
Some of the stuff can get old and dusty, make sure you check dates if you are buying some things that shouldn't age too long.
Service is friendly, not sure on their beer knowledge.

I've been here a thousand times on my way to the fishing cabin.
Plenty of parking out front. You will always find a spot. Inside you will find the good stuff center and to the right. There is always a good single bottle selection of Unibroue ( tawkin' Raftman, Blanche de Chambly) Chimay all three, Stone Ruination and even some Belgian curiosities such as Duinen Tripel and Dubbel. Quite the selection amidst red-neck NY hills.
A full wall of tall cold box awaits. Local yocal selection of Davidson, Long Trail and Magic Hat round out a decent stop. Well worth a 20 - 30 minute drive. Heck! They even had a Sam Adams Utopias on the counter last time that I was there in May 2005. Not too shabby, eh?
Don't mind the Molson. Go for the dusty overlooked bottles on the shelves. Goldmine!
