Poured into a Claret...Split 3 ways...

Appearance-Golden body, lots of haze and lots of carbonation. Head was an ivory color, about 2 fingers that leaves some nice lacing and retains pretty well.

Smell-Lemon rind, black pepper, and loads of ginger.

Taste-Some belgian spices, and even some subtle banana comes out alot in the taste. On the finish you get tons of ginger, it's almost clearing out my sinuses.

Mouthfeel-Very easy to drink, nicely carbonated, medium bodied. Easy to drink.

Overall-For the price tag and seasonal release I'm not going to go out of my way to get this again, but I sure as hell enjoyed it.
