Poured from 12oz bottle into Ommegang tulip.

A - Poured a hazy orange with lively carbonation and a thin foamy head that vanished rather quickly. Carbonation was even and consistent, like champagne.

S - Orange, hops, sugar, molases...relatively balanced and the alcohol seems a bit hidden. I expected this to be only hops I'm pleasantly surprised at the even blend.

T - Hoppy sludge. Very sweet and leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth and look on my face. The alcohol is way more upfront in the taste than the nose. Very different tasting beer...not much like beer, kind of like a barleywine or dessert wine.

M - Not a huge fan of this one. Too sweet and overly hoppy for my mouth. Leaves a grimace on my face after each sip.

D - The high alcohol content and extreme sweetness make this one I don't plan to pick up again. If you are a hophead, you'll probably really dig this beer, but this one is not for the faint of heart.
