Thanks to ncketchum for the bottle. Poured this into a CBS snifter.

A) This is a rather attractive blood orange. There was a finger of head, which settled quickly to a thin dusting. There was a bit of sediment, not much lacing.

S) Tropical fruit, Mango, pineapple, some orange. This is a bit floral, but really quite sweet. There's a little booze.

T) The initial impression is the sweetness. I got very ripe pineapple and honey. The ABV is initially very well masked. Then is creeps up on you with some warmth in your throat, that follows all the way to your gut. I really can't complain about the balance, it works.

M) Medium body, maybe a little heavier. There was more carbonation than most beers with a ABV this high, but it works. This is actually pretty darn smooth.

O) I really didn't know what to expect, but this was well put together, and fairly easy drinking. Good thing I only had the one bottle, cause I could see this kicking my ass.
