Notes:
A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher.

A: Hazy. Pale golden. One finger head, minimal and brief lace. The head evaporates quickly.
S: Sweet, lemongrass, coriander, and orange (as advertised). Smells like a white beer. Like a 5% abv beer ready for me after mowing the lawn.
T: Sweet. As much from the wheat as from the lemongrass and orange. Light tart aftertaste. The lemongrass lingers. Light and refreshing. Not as heavy or as overly sweet as many white beers. Very well balanced while maintaining true to the style.
I could easily toss back the whole bomber after mowing the lawn. Not quite the same after shoveling snow.
Seems to me that this experiment is in picking a style and brewing it well more so than creating an interesting beer.
A good white beer, but pricey for what it is.
