An unfiltered and 100% bottle-conditioned version of 90 Minute IPA that's dry-hopped with Palisade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, CTZ, and Willamette hops. Brewed to honor the Rogue Gallery in Portland, Maine, who will also be releasing a DFH designed clothing line in the summer of '09.

Big, bold head of three fingers, slightly off white in color, course bubbles, and good lace cling. Color is a 10 on the SRM beer color chart. Smell is potent, with aromas of grapefruit, caramel, molasses, and malt. Taste is a well balanced mixture of grapefruit, lime, caramel, molasses, spices, roasted malt, and pine nuts. Mouthfeel is full, creamy and crisp, leaving just a little drying on the back of my soft palate. Although it is a very flavorful beer, it is quite intense and I don't think I would drink more than one at a sitting.
