I was on the hunt for this one. Finally got a couple of bottles in LA.
Great orange unfiltered copper color. Love the cloudiness of this brew. One finger head with little lacing on a tulip.
Caramel/cotton candy malt infused with strong pine and wood hop flavors. I say flavors because the bitterness only come in the finish. Hops and Yeast aromas are discrete here, letting the flavors shine in a complex and well balanced way. Well hidden ABV. Keeps you in check but not hot at all.
Warming up, the powerful hop bit is revealed. i must say, it is still well rounded with cara malts used in here. I love that the medium to full body is not oily at all. That takes dextrine knowledge and overall " savoire faire" for sure.
The long boil time is well represented here in many layers with a complex hop flavors,aromas,bitterness profile of this huge brew.

A master piece,again:)

If you must drink less, drink better brews.
