A: This is sun, squeezed like and orange, and deposited into my glass. Bright, effervescent, it pours out like distilled honey. Big two finger head of pure white crowns briefly and then recedes.

S: The aroma of Chai is most prevalent – ginger, cardamom, cloves, touch of cinnamon – overall very warm. Nothing else gets through the spices.

T: Honey sweetness up front with a hint at those juniper berries. Cinnamon comes in the middle with an alcohol warmth accompanying the finish. However, the sweetness and the texture surround the alcohol and take a bit of the kick away.

M: Medium bodied with a syrupy viscous quality.

O: This is the hot toddy of beers.
