750 ml bottle into a goblet.

A- Golden amber, almost honey colored. Hazy and translucent with a thin, off-white head. Surprisingly little lacing given the apparent thickness.

S- Orange and other citrus, apricots hit first. Heavy aroma of black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, and Asian spices. Flowery with a slight hint of black pepper and juniper.

T- More than lives up to all the aromatic notes. Strong flavors of tea, citrus, and spice, yet the ale malts still manage to stand out. The strong aroma complements the taste; it's honestly like enjoying a flavorful ale inside a Chinese tea house. Despite the high ABV, you don’t really taste the alcohol.

MF- Much lighter than expected, given the mix of heavy flavors. Generally, just a pleasant mouthfeel.

D- So much tea and fruit flavor, but still manages to drink like an ale. A little heavy, but worth it. Definitely not for everyone, but a real experience. Nice alternative to a hefeweizen. A solid girlfriend/wife beer.
