Availability: Spring. bottle (1431), on-tap (137), growler (12), cask (2), nitro-tap (1). 

Notes:
Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.

After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.

The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.

12oz. Poured a tangerine orange color with a thin off-white head that left a slight lacing on the glass. Aroma was mainly apricot with trace floral hops - I expected more. Taste was odd at first - apricot, alcohol, sour notes, slight malt character, slight hop bitterness. I am still not too sure what to think of this one. Maybe it needed to age a little bit - too fresh? It seemed like something was off and the flavors were lacking. I expected better from Dogfish Head.

A- amber and transparent with a fluffy white head
S- citrus fruits, apricot, hops are not as well represented as I would like.
T- slightly tart apricots, citrus hops, finishes malty and sweet
M- medium carbonation, crisp, fits the style
O- nice beer on a hot and humid night. Very tasty and refreshing!
