Availability: Spring. bottle (1430), on-tap (137), growler (12), cask (2), nitro-tap (1). 

Notes:
Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.

After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.

The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.

poured from cold 12 oz bottle, april 2011 batch

A- off white (yellowish) 2 finger head settling to ~3/4 finger with a hazy amber orange body. not very clingy so no lace.

S- Grapefruity hop w/ malty fullness along with apricot sweetness.

T- follows nose, more astringent grapefruit flavor that doesn't overwhelm with supporting malt. apricot and grapfruit makes unique ipa fruitiness. slight lingering bitterness in after taste.

M- Thin but creamy, not watery. Lots of bubbles bursting on the tongue without being fizzy.

O- taste is very drinkable but has high alcohol for me to be a session. a 4 pack is a nice split for 2 people :) also this beer is great cold but to me even better warm so if you like to nurse a drink it can handle some warming.
