I enjoyed a goblet of this at DFH brewings and eats in Rehobeth.
A = a slightly cloudy light golden color similar to white grape juice. The hybrid beer has a thin white head w/ compact bubbles. Very little lace clings to the glass.

S - Juicy odors of sweet grape and light malt.

M - Vibrant feel and light dry texture w/ relatively high carbonation and light sweetness. The feel starts w/ a light acidity and becomes creamy and sweet in the finish w/ more malt texture.

T - Wow! Very intense. Crisp, dry flavorful and really complex. A big taste of Chardonnay grapes in the front and a smooth transition to a light ale taste in the middle. This gives me the impression of Midas touch on a smaller scale. The flavor of honey and saffron are missing, but there is a similarity. The balance is very good and is smooth as anything. The dry crispness of the grape w/ a sweet tinge and just the right amount of carbonation to keep it rolling along your taste buds.

D - A thrilling cross between white wine and a light ale. The refreshing quality makes it something you can easily drink more than one of. The crisp start with a grape-like sparkle draws you in and the ale flavor comes to the forefront as the taste finishes and fills out the feel w/ a beer tasting quaff at the end. I would definitely love to taste this again. The 6% abv makes it a very drinkable beverage and something that seems light at the same time.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow / orange-ish color with a small, thin white head. Aromas were definatly white grape and kind zesty in citrus. In the taste, a dry grape and then a small bit of tartness. A dry mouthfeel and a sweet grape aftertaste. Dry and tart with a touch of sweetness, nice with dinner, not to big in alcohol.

Also, this is the first beer I have added. I was not sure of style, because at DFH Brewing and Eats they called it a champaign ale, but with 50% white grapes + 50% pilsner malt and a champaign yeast, I am guessing by calling it a fruit beer.
