12 oz bottle poured into pint glass

A - Pours a slightly hazy pale straw yellow color with golden hues. A small head bubbles up and dissipates quickly as the beer begins to effervesce.

S - There's plenty of tart, wheat, and fruit floating from the glass, as the peach is clearly present.

T - Festina begins a bit sour, as the wheat flavors and fruit try to hold everything together. it lingers a bit on the palate, with plenty of peaches and apple, ending with a tart finish.

M - Bubbly and refreshing, yet definitely acidic due to citrus flavors.

D - I could easily drink a couple of these, especially with the lower alcohol content and overall briskness demonstrated by DFH on this one.

This is pretty ideal concoction for the season, as everything is super crisp and light. I'm not sure why so many people wrote such awful reviews as if they were blown away by the tart and fruit aspects being this is a Berliner Weiss inspired brew. Either way, it's another hit from DFH for me.
