Notes:
In Festina Peche, since the natural peach sugars are eaten by the yeast, the fruit complexity is woven into both the aroma and the taste of the beer so there is no need to doctor it with woodruff or raspberry syrup. Just open and enjoy!

Pours a very light straw color with some haze and a fingers worth of soapy head that dissipates quickly to a ring. minimal lacing.
The nose is sweet peach, a tartness, and a little lemon, and wheat.
Taste is of tart fruit, but not too tart, sweet peaches, slight lemon peel, and some grassy wheat. Very refreshing and tasty.
Light bodied and effervescent. Crisp on the tongue with a clean, slightly dry finish.
One of my favorite summer beers. Great sourness but not over-powering, and great peach flavor. Super sessionable and great for the dog days of summer. Oh, and this years version seems almost identical to last years. Another great job by DFH.
