tried this at my world of beer last night, last of three and the only i'm reviewing because it was that good and memorable.

draft into a glass shaker pint:

A- pale golden yellow, some head but dissipates and then leaves some bubbles on glass due to carbonation. (true to style character)

S- wouldn't have guesses it was peaches, mild scent of wheat and then the sourness.

T- worth it to try on the full palate but it is definitely a sour beer under the tongue. No bitterness (no hops) and sweetness from wheat gives a balance to the sour. Peachy background, not overpowering or fake in taste. I am a peach LOVER and this is a perfect beer for the peach. the style's sourness pairs perfect with peach, almost like finishing off the last sour part of the peach on the pit.

M- sour pucker, not overwhelming. very refreshing on the palate a light bodied beer without being thin, carbonation stays thru and is nice on the tongue. dries off the palate quickly.

O- if sour is an iffy subject this is probably not for you. of my friends with me 3 of the 4 said they couldn't drink a whole glass because of the sour. Terrific flavor and 4.5% abv is perfect for a session. I haven't loved all the other dogfish i've tried but this is a TOTAL winner in my book.
