Notes:
A big, Belgian-style witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with pinot noir juice. After fermentation, a fraction of the batch is aged in one of our 10,000-gallon oak tanks.

Poured from 750 into Stella glass. Marked brewed in 2010.
A: Interesting coloring with the reddish hues mixed in from the pinot juice. Slight haze, head minimal with nice lacing.
S: Coriander tones, the pinot notes come through as well with some alcohol notes.
T & M: Tart, mouthfeel carbonated even though carbonation not apparent in appearance. Just the right balance between the beer and pinot juice. The brew is sweet but not cloying, the coriander from nose comes through nicely in the taste.
D: I really enjoyed this brew, another well made and interesting DFH.
