Appearance: is beautiful, plenty of head, pouring into a 20z vertical beer mug, headed up half the glass, but I am an aggressive pourer.

Smell: Strong hints of peach, with a semi sweet scent and a very very light spice.

Taste: PEACH! BOOM! and a nice transition to spice. The peach plays into hints of the red wine, and the spice definitely the oak.

Mouthfeel: Mildly light and airy, not pussy whipped and not over powering, Sweet and Spice intertwined so well that you can barely tell where it starts and finishes!

Overall: Very good, This was my Olive Branch to the east coast, specifically Dogfish Head, I have had bad experiences with the 60/90/120, I am willing to accept the fact that we are west coast and its possible what I tasted is old. This is very good and opens my horizons to more DFH, well played.
