Notes:
A big, Belgian-style witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with pinot noir juice. After fermentation, a fraction of the batch is aged in one of our 10,000-gallon oak tanks.

I think I would have given this an even higher rating had I not known how it was made. Knowing it was aged in Pinot Noir Barrels definitely influenced the tastes I detected and the nose.
Anyway, it smells like a beautiful, "winey," citrusy, belgian bomb. Even has alcohol on the nose.
Mouthfeel lends as much to taste as the nose. Great carbonation and a very nice winey, boozy, belgian taste rounds out the very forward fruit in the glass.
I enjoyed.
