A - crystal clear golden copper, one thumb of creamy white head retained well, nice sticky lacing
S - resiny, herbal, floral hop highlights, roasty almost burnt malt
T - dank and resiny hops dominate, with florals adding to the bigness of the hop profile, roasty malt gives it some balance, with light spiciness and sweet alcohol to finish
M - low carbonation, smooth and surprisingly not much bitter or dry given the hoppiness, not quite what I was expecting
D - this has a great hop profile that you don't taste often, and the malt is strong enough to hold its own, the high alcohol is very well hidden, only small knock is the feel is not what I like in an IPA but not a bad feel, overall a unique and very drinkable double IPA
