A - Pours a slightly hazy dark amber with a thick, white two-finger head. Minimal amount of carbonation to be seen. The head drops to a ring and thin film, although is easily refreshed.

S - Piney/herbal hops, molasses, fig, prune, slight anise, dark cherry.

T - Relatively straightforward flavour profile. Piney (with a slight citrus bite) hops initially. They sit all the way past the middle of the drink. Grapefruit comes though as mouthfeel rounds towards the end of the drink. Lingering dry finish of piney hops and mild tobacco. Nothing too complex.

M - Creamy mouthfeel becomes syrupy. Tingle of carbonation at the start loses the battle to the full, coating mouthfeel. Very pleasant. As with the 60 Minute, the mouthfeel on the first sip is what hits me over the flavours.

D - A well crafted brew, although the flavours are quite one-dimensional.
