Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America." An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.
90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent -- but not crushing -- hop flavor.

Poured from the bottle into a wide mouth Chimay glass.
A: Clear dark orange amber, thick huge creamy head that dissipates very slowly.
S: Caramel, malt, a little bit of pine and citrus.
T: The hops jump out much more in the taste than the nose. It's also a malt-bomb for a DIPA. A little booze present but nothing overwhelming.
M: creamy with good carbonation
O: One of my favorites from Dogfish Head. It's a very well balanced beer and I love the fact that it's so easy to find and is always available unlike some of my other favorites.
